Space Phenomena Observatory Center (SPOC) Appoints Dr. Akira Kurosaki, Renowned in the Fields of Coastal Urban Renewal and Ocean Energy, as Special Advisor
Akira Kurosaki Doctor of Engineering (Seismic Engineering)
Career summary: Graduated from the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Waseda University, completed graduate studies at the University of Tokyo, and worked for a major shipbuilding company.
Professor at the Institute of Industrial Science, the University of Tokyo (Marine Spatial Planning).
After The 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake, he was involved in damage assessment, reconstruction assistance, and related research along the Sanriku coastline, and served as a special researcher at the Kamaishi/Otsuchi Industrial Development and Support Center.
He was shocked when the Space Phenomena Observatory Center (SPOC) SID-1 appeared in an NHK program, and agreed with its UFO/UAP research stance, which led him to this appointment.
The Space Phenomena Observatory Center (SPOC)™ was established with the intention of actively supplementing and documenting various mysterious phenomena and objects occurring in space and in the air within the Earth's atmosphere, especially UFOs and UAPs,
and is a unique endeavor in the world.
Since the start of observations, SID-1®, an automatic observation and imaging device robot constructed by the Space Phenomena Observatory Center (SPOC)™, has automatically detected and recorded objects and phenomena moving in space and in the air, such as mysterious lights, in addition to UFOs and UAPs.
SID-1® is mobile and can be installed anywhere in the world, and has taken images in Japan, Canada, Alaska, Egypt, the United States, Vietnam, Cambodia, and other countries.
Image analysis and analysis of UFO image data taken by SID-1® are also performed using dedicated software.
From time to time, the videos taken will be made available to the public, including analysis.
SID-1® video information is also shared with leading experts in the U.S. and abroad.
